We are happy to be able to assist another group of excellent architects and engineers to develop an emblematic replica for a bridge that was demolished because of restoration for public space.

 

This model was developed using a few pictures to bring back to reality what used to be a pedestrian bridge. To build the project the idea is to create a mirror form where one mold can be utilized to create two pieces, and help to simplify installation on site.

 

By using parametric modeling we were able to understand how the geometry behaved along the bridge and also by putting together precise information such as volume, length, heights which became crucial to create these pieces, was fundamental to succeed in this type of project.

 

Parametric modeling helps to bring complex tasks in simple schemas, providing all the teams the necessary information required to collaborate and build complex projects in a simple, fast way. Recovering an emblematic installation preserving the history of the city.
